I drive a 94 dx hatch with power nothing. I was looking at the engine bay today and saw that one of the engine harness clips had nothing plugged into it. Is this correct? Here is a pic, it is the one on top. I figure it might be for abs or something?

the plug with blue tape is the tach test wire lead

the plug with a cap is a relay of sorts. it's meshes all of the 12 volt switced wires

nothing unusual here
