ok here is the second part of my newly engine-swapped 93 accord!! Now that the engine is up and running.... i have noticed that the engine seems to have a shudder affect...or like a bogging affect...and this seems to only occur around 1600-1800 rpm when i am cruising and let off the gas i also noticed that the rpm's seem to hesitate a little while accelerating....especially at 2400 and 3400 rpm's but besides that it seems to run fine and i also noticed that i still get good gas mileage!! any ideas.....leaky injector...how can i tell!!???

 

Sounds like the EGR manifold is blocked w/ carbon. There is a TSB on this fix. Look under the following link.
