There are no problems with this car whatsoever. CLEAN TITLE NO ACCIDENTS.
Specs:
1999 Honda Civic Si
Milano Red in Color
61000 Miles
Mods:
JDM Valve Cover
CTR Headlights (Yes, they are real)
5600 HID Conversion (Brightest Headlights in my area)
PIAA Foglights
Apexi World Sport Exhaust (3k on it)
DC Header 4-1
AEM Intake
Tokico GR-2 Shocks
H&R Springs 1.5" front 1" Rear
NGK Plugs/Wires
WhiteFace Gauges
AC Front strut bar
DC Rear strut Bar
Suspension Techniques Sway Bar
Prestige Remote Start and Alarm (Very Nice)
Si Wheels are in good condition with good tires
I believe thats all the mods.
Like I said, im testing the waters. I just am contemplating, let me know your thoughts.

Dont you remember a blue si with a cwest front, cf hood, last year about this time? Yeah that was me and you jacked me around for about a month trying to get the price into the 10's, then tried to get me that gst, so the answer is definately no.

Make an offer. I'd have to see, I know I can rid of the exhaust and headlights fairly quickly.
The HID might be a bit harder and im sure I can part the springs shocks out and the hacked intake.
