Default motor swap

I hav a 89 DX Hatch, i already have done the mpfi swap and was wondering what is tha best way to wire up a d16z6? Should I leave everything obd-1 on tha motor or change all of the sensors to obd-0 or just cut and change plug ends, and what dizzy do i need to use? Is a 92-95 dx dizzy than the dizzy for tha z6. And also, if i use the obd-1 injectors than i must take out tha resister box, right? if anyone has any answer to one of my many ?'s, please contact me ..... just another quick ? what kinda of times does everyone think that it will run in tha 1/8 mile?????? thanx mike

i always say that the best way to run and engine is to use all the equipment that came with it...in this case use the p28 ecu conver obd-obd1 and retain the d16z6 im.tb, distr. etc.

and yes no need for the resistor box, obd1 has resistor built in.

I've posted this before and couldnt have said it better myself.......yes, run the D16z6 with its own electronics, IM, dizzy, etc.

With Jason's (90blownHatch) harness, it should be easier for you at the ECU. You will still need to change some plugs out in the engine bay.
