44K mileage and being stored in my garage.

100K 7 year war. Transferable to new owner.

Oil changed at Honda every 3000 miles, by same tech.

Transmission drained and replace with Royal Purple at 15,000 40,000
Rear end drained at 15,000 40,000 replaced with royal purple.

Pads changed in front at 30,000.
Car realigned ~2000 miles ago to USDM settings.

Tires should be better then 75%. Awaiting replacement set for what is currently on the car. (18x7.5 Toxxins in silver with brand new parade spec 2's, can be included in price of car)

Title/carfax is clear.

Paint 9/10
Car has some pain chips on front bumper and hood, has been washed once a week, and paint sealed eve 8 months.

Interior 9.5/10.
Small wearing on driver seat from getting in and out of car, luckily I am a slender guy so no major rubbing anywhere else on the seat. Small stains on floormats from daily use.

Drivetrain 10/10
Absolutely no problems with the car, perfect;y stock in every respect down to the honda air cleaner's.

Car will be fully detailed by local company to insure new owner refection upon arrival.

Price is 23,900 with stock rims and tires and 24,500 with the current set of rims and tires. Remember that this car has the 100K war and that alone is 1600$ from the factory, 500 for the alarm and 2K spent on the rims and tires that are on the car now.

Personal note.
Car has never been to the track, never had the clutch dropped.
Broken in much more carefully then even Honda recommends, 1K mileage before it ever saw above 8K rpm. The price may be a little higher then everybody else but I am open to a o.b.o provided it is a fair offer.
