Would you get an Integra again?
Just wondering - especially from the guys that have been playing with their Tegs for at least a year - would you get your Teg again? If your car was totalled tommorrow what car would you get of the same-or-slightly-higher value?

I live in a good area, I guess... I've never worried about my modded, clean Integra LS 4dr 5sp. In fact for about a week I didn't even lock it at school and there were no problems. My alarm tells me if it has ever gone off, and it has never gone off. So I'm not worried about theft where I am now. I am going to go off to college soon, though, so actually theft is a good secondary concern.

This is what I'm deciding right now. I had a 95 Integra LS 4dr 5sp, converted to 98+ spec, boltons and suspension. I'm trying to decide between buying a 95 GSR, 98 ITR, 95 M3, 96 328is, 89 944 Turbo, 95 300ZX TT, 97 Eclipse, 95 MR2 Turbo, etc

well heres my story... the car in my avatar is a 98 Gs that i bought brand new from acura. b4 that i had a 86 Rs integra, i sold it to get the down payment money to buy the 98 Gs. I totaled the Gs, and then a month later bought a 96 Ls. then got the 98 bumpers. So yeah im on my third integra. if something happens to this one i would prob get another one. what can i say there comfortable cars, and they have potential. you can achevie 13's and still keep a/c and p/s and your interior
13 isnt very high when compared to other cars in the price range. A stock 1g AWD DSM can run very high 13s with a VERY VERY good driver, low 14s with a normal driver. Hondas are good on gas and reliable. Alot more available for them, but their cost per mod is real high for the small amount of power gain that you get.
Well, within my price range if I had a choice of cars tomorrow, I would without a doubt find me a 2001 Type R. So yes, an integra again.
However, if I came across a similiarly priced 98-99 BMW M3. The R has to go..

Yeah I would buy another Integra again in a heartbeat... My lifestyle has changed to accomodate my theft prone car, its alright though, I don't mind. I get a lot of pleasure out of it so it works out in my book.

well, if everything, including the suspension, were just destroyed, I'd go with a 240sx or a rwd corolla gts and work the suspension on those. I think they'd be fun. If the suspension from my car was still salvageable, I'd get a gen5 civic hb and put everything on there and just drive it til the engine falls out or something
