I was wondering if B16b is a good motor..?

I know its more expensive then GSR!!!

How are the performance compared to GSR, and Type R C5?

I am asking because I am trying to get a B16b for like $2300.00.
Includes: Engine includes lsd transmission and complete block only Throttle positioning sensor cracked and the slave cylinder for the transmission messed up.

Also I have a type R 01 Head With Cams sitting here..

so let me know you guys thoughts..?
what should I DO?
