Default Ranting about bad service at Tire Craft In Vancouver Canada.

Just want to rant about a bad experience I had at Tire craft In British Columbia, Canada. I really dont reccomend them to anyone, worst service ever.
When you walk in their its as if their doing you a favour just buy talking to you.

I bough some tuner nuts off them, that i ended up not needing so i went back to return them and at first they wouldnt even take them back. Finally got thme to take them back but they wanted to penalise me for returning them, so they decided not to refund the full amount. After some arguing I managed to get all of my money back. (His exact words were "Here Ill give you your money back to shut you up and get rid of you"

Really bad business people will never buy from them again and I wouldnt reccomend thme ot anyone.

Tire Craft

Has anyone else had experiences like this their ?

Don't deal with those guys. There's a ton of shady places in town that you should avoid. W5 did an expose on shady auto service places - basically 50% of them in BC failed their hidden camera test (i.e. brought in a minivan with a loose battery ground wire in for service and got bills ranging from $400-2200 - the shady places included Sears, Crappy Tire and Midas)

I recommend

1) Driver's Edge Autosport 125-2323 Boundary
2) Mopac Auto - on Kingsway - always courteous there
3) A&J Racing - Richmond - good guys there that know their JDM ****
4) Garage 5 - Richmond - ditto
4) Overseas Auto - Main St. Vancouver
5) Lordco - for general stuff

Wow.. That's horrible. Amazing that a place like that is still in business. You're a better man than me. If they would've said that to me, I would've told them to go **** themselves..

Thanks for the reccomendations Big Phat R. I will drive a little further and go to some respectable shops. Only reason I ever used them is cause they were the only store on the North Shore I could find that could change a 18" 40 series tire.

I kept it calm and orderly so that they would treat me with respect, if u swear at them, then most likely things will only get worse.
