I am wondering if there are any kits or instructions on removing the balencer shaft
in an h22.

 

you can just remove the belt with out removing the entire shaft

Thank you for your replys, I have wayed the pros and cons of taking the shaft out and I want to try it to pick up some more time at the thack. My car is a EG civic with a Jspec H22 in it and I only use it for drag racing. Lots of the pro cars that I saw at the track had this removed so I decided to try it but none of the guys that had it done would talk to me about it like I wasen't good enough to talk to so some frinds told me to try this out.

 

does this removal make any difference to overal performance?
