How to post a pic in Adobe format??

I am simple and cannot seem to post a pic. I have an adobe file of one pic right on my desktop, where can I go from there???

can you elaborate? Is it a Photoshop picture? or a PDF? What extension is the file?

Save it as a jpeg(jpg), and then host it on we-todd-did-racing.com or imagestation.com(or another image hosting sight).

I guess first i should become a member of we-todd-did....it looks like the file is already named as a jpg file too
