Hey anyone in LA want to go ride this weekend (hopefully sat)? I just got my bike down here and I'm lookin for some peeps to go riding with. Hit me up.

 

What kind of rider are you? If you are one that likes to do 100 mph and weave in and out of traffic, then your on your own buddy. Ride safe.

 

I'm not crazy like that, I don't like to speed on the freeways cutting people off, ect. I more interested in meeting some fellow riders, chillin, and goin for rides and maybe practice some stunts. Just moved back down here from washington.

 

On occasion, I hook up with these riders at http://www.sportbikers.net/ . Good group, very friendly, even to outsiders (like me!). (Free plug for Vtec44! )

Otherwise, my friend and I hit up GMR/Angeles Crest/Ortega pretty regularly every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I think we're planning on going up GMR again on Saturday. Where are you located?

No problemo. My friend and I are planning on hitting up GMR (at least) one more time this weekend. He's itchin' to go tomorrow, but I'm tired like a prostitute working a double-shift, so I'm gonna lay low and work on my bike.

What kind of experience do you have riding? Mostly highways? What about canyons? Are you comfortable in twisties?

 

I've been riding street bikes for the last two years now, I had an F4I now a GSXR 600. I'm pretty comfortable with twisties. I mean I'm not gonna go ***** out on the first run through. I'd like to feel comfortable with the road and the road conditions before totally letting loose. I'm open either tomorrow, saturday, or sunday, or all three days. I'm always down to ride. LOL, you're not an outsider at all... just new to the site . Yeah, we usually ride during weekends but my bike hasn't been on it's top shape so I haven't been out riding the streets lately. Stop by and look around anyway.
