Default Itr valve springs, and cams?

Hey im about to buy some itr cams, and valve springs. I juss wanted to know if im going to see a big difference. So far i have aem cai, dc 4-2-1 header, apexi n1 cat back, aem fpr and rail, vafc. What do you guys think? Noticable power, or not?

Yes, but you should go for the CTR intake cam, even better.

ctr and 00+ itr intake cam are the same in specs. what year itr cams are you getting ?

I dunno about ripping the head apart only to put ITR valve springs in. I'd recomend at least upgrading the valve springs to a stronger after market ones. Ef-1 makes valve springs, talk to Rocket.
on the cams though ITR or CTR whatever you can find for cheaper.

they are 01 itr cams so same spec as ctr. What do u think?

When will it end? Slightly more duartion in CTR intake cam.

In japan. I don't believe the 243* duration varient was ever sold on our shores.

:sigh: The ITR and CTR exhaust cam are infact identical. However, while the CTR and ITR intake cam do share the same amount of lift, the 240 (ITR) vs 243 (CTR) duration does make them differ slightly as I said.

- STOCK 1997-1999 ITR ($500-580/pr, ITR intake cam $250-290)

INTAKE lift - 11.5 mm, duration 240 @1mm
EXHAUST lift - 10.5mm, duration 235 @1mm


- STOCK CTR and 2000-2001 ITR (CTR intake cam $300-350)

INTAKE lift - 11.5 mm, duration 243 @1mm
EXHAUST lift - 10.5mm, duration 235 @1mm
