is the metal piece that the bottom of the radiator sits in called the radiator support? or is it part of the frame? or both?

its called the front jack point. beyond that, i don't know. It is most likely part of the frame, since it is safe to jack from this point.

Don't need to bump threads.. someone will answer, but this isn't a 1 800 hotline where you get the answer right away.
