Should I blueprint my injectors?
Building a honda challenge car..... My motor is a first gen B16 from 1990. Would it be wise to blueprint 13 year old injectors? I don't have any knowledge in this area... and since I've spent a chunk of money (for me at least) on this... I don't want to bottleneck the motor anywhere... Do injectors "gum up" after sitting for a few years..... Help me out here guys. Basically, is it worth the 400 bucks?
hell no, it's not worth 400 bucks! Yes, if the injectors SIT with gas in them for a few years, they will gum, but not if they have been run over the past few years. I would say go to a cheap junkyard and get a whole bunch. Then make yourself/buy a fuel metering tester. Clean out all the injectors, then measure the flow rate of all of them. Pick the four that are closest to each other.

$400? Good god brand new RC's are cheaper then that!
. You should do everythign the Honda Challange rules alow. Every little bit helps. RC does it for about 1/4 that.
