I just bought a 2000 ITR with JDM 16" wheels. They've just been recently painted a dark gray (nearly black), but the wheels were mounted too soon after the paint was done so it's flaking off in some areas (the wheels were previously yellow). One rim has a spot where the new paint was scraped off, but it only hurt the paint not the rim. Another has a spot when the dealer looks like they scraped it somehow, and it's gone down to the metal (not bad, just a little). The other two wheels are fine. I would imagine whoever might want these should consider just getting these sandblasted, and a new paint job done and allow it to cure properly before mounting it. These would come without tires.
