Default B16 mounts

Ok, I need to real good input here. I ordered the Hasport mounts. I got the shifting linkage and all 3 mounts. I also ordered the rear mount but it didnt' show up. I used the stock one and I have an unusual amount of engine play. Did you all remove the front mount? My motor keeps flexing and hitting that damn mount. But I Mic'd 1mm of space between the motor and the mount maybe 2mm at the most. Got any suggestions. Can I get some references on what you all did?

I just left it. My mounts seem stiff enough that I don't have any contact with that front bracket. Still, grind it off if you can and don't worry about it.

almost everyone with a hasport kit cuts it off, you're supposed to.

THE HASPORT KIT TELLS YOU TO CUT THAT MOUNT OUT. IF YOU USED ONE OF YOUR STOCK MOUNTS NO WOUNDER YOUVE GOT ENGINE PLAY. AFTERMARKET MOUNTS ARE URETHANE.
