Default which dc sports header is good for a b20z..

sotck b20z with a ls intake manifold and TB, fpr,j's racing intake and a tanabe super racing medalion with no cat. I plan on going keep its non-vtec and was wonder if the dc sports 4-2-1 header would improve my tq more than it is.. i know the 4-1's you loose some bottom end on.

i thought it was the 2 piece header you gain low end and the 1 piece you gain top end..if i were to go DC sports id get the JDM 4-1
