Which year motor did you order BTW. What kind of power you want all depends on what you are planning on doing with the car. From what you said above, it looks like this will be a daily driver. Let us know what you plan on getting out of the motor before you ask what you should buy with your money

daily driver but I want it to the limit. No TODA Vtec killers. My goal is 8.5 in the 8th mile and 13's in the quarter. I am pobably going to buy the traction bars and I want it full interior

This is somewhat important. Early motors got a cast manifold rather than the desirable 4-1 JDM header. Early motors also have the older style ITR cam, which is not as good. It is unknown how much of a difference this makes, however.

So you won't get the header or the newer cam. As I said, I don't know how big of a deal the cam is. The header is probably a bigger deal. But you might just want to go ahead and put that $500 toward one of the newer headers available like DTR or Header-Tech. These new headers make ALOT more power than the JDM ITR 4-1. About 10-15HP. So one of these headers is DEFINITELY an upgrade over the cast style manifold found on the older ITR motors.

I also agree with Matt, invest your money on a header. Members on h-tech have been into the 13's with a c5 swap into a hatch with basic bolt ons. The traction bars aren't really neccessary for your application and never really heard much about them.

What year and model Civic is this going into? You should pull some high 13's with minor bolt-ons, possibly mids depending on driving skill, rims + tires, etc. I ran a best of 13.7@102.3 with my B18C1 powered 92 VX. Internally the motor was stock, I/H/E, VAFC, clutch and lightened flywheel. This was with Azenis tires on 14" HX wheels and gutted rear interior.
I would spend the extra $ on a lightened flywheel and clutch. I'm not sure what your intentions are but a nice light flywheel and stronger clutch won't hurt. That par you can get over with now instead of yanking the tranny back down and doing it later.
