I have H&R race springs on my other '89 CRX. The drop isn't really what I expected. I thought my ride height would end up much lower then it did. At most it's a "2 drop in ride height, no probs scraping, ever. The springs do ride really nice for as firm as they are. They really hold the road. As to refernece just how stiff they are, I stood on one of the rear coils and my 190lb body BARELY compressed the spring.
BTW, I'm parting out the '89 since I just got my new '90 Si. I have Tokico Illumina Shocks, the H&R race springs, and tubular camber adjustable control arms for sale.
$450 for the whole heap shipped, I have no use for it. It's all in great shape, and only about 8 months old.
E-mail me at TheHarmonfam@msn.com if interested.
