Since i am in the stage of rebuilding, just thought i can get some opinions.

a) Best strut bars; my current struts are stock JDM ITR. Want to change but dunno to what. To me, its a toss up between SPOON, CARBING, RIGID. Would appreciate if i can get some feedback from you guys. WOuld a 3 point be any stiffer or would just a straight bar be better as there are less points.

b) Are the spoon SEP hoses any good? Are samco better?

c) Carbon bonnet (the original one is unrepairable), i heard things that they break easily and scratch easily and stuff. Question is, are they hardy enough in terms of construction over stock? I go to track, and it would be painful to see chips on my carbon bonnet.
