I was wondering the same thing about the header. what are all those extra wire things comming off the plugs?Grounds?

Its the fuel filler. Just like you see on a lot of pro race cars. Makes filling up much faster and easier during quick pit stops. They have a special pump nozzle that locks into it. One pumps fuel and one vents excess gas. Very cool
