Just like the topic states, what would be my best bet for FUNCTIONAL foglights for my EM1?

OEM is about $120, how are they? Do they illuminate the road well?

I'm not looking to spend more than $150 on this crap...

OEM all the way.

I have them and i love em, they light the road real well, and look good too.

If you dont like the light output you can always get better bulbs.

 

IMO, stock fogs are best for 99-00 Civic.
