oil just gone???

Default oil just gone???

well every sunday we all meet up and push our cars hard, and on monday im always adding like 1/4-1/2 qt oil. she has 148k miles but seems to run great, no smoke at all. ide say i hit vtec like 20 times monday threw saturday, and on sunday at least 50-75 times, ive checked all over the ground and have not seen any oil leaks. my pan is all dented up tho. anyone got any ideas, i know i need to get the compresion test done ive just bin lazy.
also i have castrol GTX high millage oil and lucas engine oil treatment in there if that matters

compression and leakdown test will tell you where that oil is going. good luck

just noticed that mine is burning some oil.. car has around 180k and about 90-100k on the bottom end. not sure how much it is burning as of yet cause ive just noticed it but very curious as to any of these pour in treatments work..ive used engine restore the last time i changed the oil didnt really notice a difference...what all goes into getting this fixed? rebuild? seals? etc <--semi newbie =|

well if you do a leakdown and compression test it will tell you where the motor stands. if you are gonna rebuild it do some homework and do it right the first time.

anyone ever used lucas engine treatment before? 2 people told me it works great, but you add a hole qt instead of 1 of the qts of oil. maby thats whats burning up?

i knwo this is a dumb question but do you check the oil in the monring when the engine is cold or after it's wamred up and how long do you wait. cuz no matter when i check my oil even right after i change it it's always around the bottom mark. and i put in at least 4 qts. and it measures out ok before i drive.

i usaly drive it for a few warm it up, then wait like 30 min for it to settle and check it
