Default Messed up Hot Idle

So some recap. Awhile back ago I had a severe case of idle surge. Probme came down to my IACV. So i put on another iacv from a d16 (i have a b16a though); anyways, the surge was still there; then i read on a forum about plugging the iacv up with gasket material. Did that, idle surge went away.

So now here's what's happening. My idle is fine when my car is not at full running temperature. Actually even when the idle goes down to about 900 it's static. However though as i drive more i notice my idle goes higher and higher till about 1250 it'll top out.

At night, when i have my headlights on and stuff though my idle is a perfect 900?

What's up with this? Is it some electrical thing?

i believe the IACV controls the Normal Opertaing temp Idle and the FITV controls the cold operating temp .....

I think that's right...
the FITV if I'm correct has a rubber ball or soemthign that shrinks and expands with temp change
