what is the best piston compression ratio for an all motor h22 on 91 octane gas. I have all of the normal aem intake, dc headers, apex exhaust and a fully built head with crower stage 2 cams, cam gears, fuel rail, port and polished head, bored out throttle body, ported intake manifold, valves, valve springs, and valve retainers.
