Picture Request - 96 GSR Radio/CD Unit (tech inside)
Can anyone do me a big favor and take a shot of their OEM CD Unit - if there is one. I've been looking for a 96-98 Civic CD Unit (hard to find for me) and someone mentioned that they are running a 96 GSR CD Unit in replacement.
If you know, is there an 8 pin white connector also that trails from the CD Unit and it's a tuner + unit, correct? I've been looking for my unit since April (see sig) so this will open up my options of getting a OEM CD Unit.
Oh, and what other years do these model units come in?

I have it. I replaced the acura head unit and 6disk changer with Alpine only to find that they are nearly identical. The pins on the alpine wire are slightly closer together.

there are so many honda head units that will fit in all sorts of other hondas, and this includes different model years. an example? a 99 Prelude SH CD player in a 86 Honda Accord....no cutting, just plug and play. (this of course exlcudes the S2000)
