Whistle sound from engine bay

My car has suddenly started to make a high pitched whistle sound from 7000rpm and up. It only occurs at WOT. The sound is coming from the engine bay, but I can't really figure out exactly where it comes from. It almost sounds like a CAI or something (I'm running everything stock). Besides of that the car feels fine.

Anyone know what it might be?

leak in the intake box? leak in the resonator?

possibly that or check air filter.. make sure its not wet or anything..
