Which flywheel? Toda or Exedy?

Which flywheel? Toda or Exedy?
I have a B18C-R and was wondering whether I should just use my old Exedy flywheel from my B18C or get a 1 month old Toda flywheel for only $250?

I wanna know too.
I'm leaning toward the Exedy one. I've heard that they are desigened to give a cooling abilities for the clutch. Also they are a well known company.
