Default prelude injectors in 90 hatch si

i have a b20 vtec and want to use some 94 prelude vtec injectors. Are these plug and play or is there some wiring mods involved. I plugged them in and it wont start. Either i have the wrong injectors or I am missing a piece of the puzzle....any help would be great.

I think they are low resistance, so u probably fried them.

not likely. all 92-96 prelude injectors are low resistance just like the 89-91 MPFI civic injectors are low resistance. thats why the injectors resistor box is even necessary.

they should be drop in replacements (i forget if you need the clips). no rewiring is necessary anyway.

you're not getting a code for the injectors when the prelude injectors are plugged in?

doh, i feel dumb. real dumb. ef uses low, prelude uses high. with a high and a resistor box there is probably not enough voltage to drive them. remove the resistor box.

thats not it either. both the 92-96 prelude injectors and the 90-91 integra and 89-91 civic/crx si injectors are ALL low impedance, peak and hold. the 92-96 prelude injectors are not high impedance.

ok fine, i was underthe impression that all OBD1+ cars were high resistance.
