Default Tuning 91´CRX with D16ZC engine

Crx rules!

I am going to buy a 91`CRX with D16a8/9 or D16ZC engine. Now I am not going to look all the posts in this forum because I’ll be a grandfather before I read it all. The fist of all what can I do with this engine or is better to swap it. I know that is better to swap it, but in my country is not that easy to do. So I rather tuned engine in the car. N/A + N.O.S or turbo charged? Or will the head of this engine go on Integra block?
I don’t know a lot about tuning so I would be glad if you can give me some details about tuning. Witch parts will I need if I’ll go turbo tuning or N/A tuning? I mean extreme tuning… Tuning for about 20000$. That I’ll go about 11s to ¼ mile…

Thanks for everything!
