Default Just bought a rex wondering how my setup will run.

Well I just bought a 91 CRX Si shell from a friend for really cheap, it has a 90 DX motor with the Multi Point Fuel injection from an Si. Is this setup as strong as an D16 that came with the Si originally.
Also I am going to get a homeade turbo kit from another friend that has a Probe turbo, HF manifold MSD Btm and I think i'll go with the V-AFC hack. Is this ok to run about 7-8 psi intercooled on the motor? How much power/times should I expect?

Thanks for any help and try not to flame too much as I'm new to the forum, no hazing please!!!!

should be a pretty fun car to drive around 160-180 HP if everything is put together right.
take it to the dyno after you are done.
have fun with it
one more thing, change the cam on that DX. you should see a lot of improvement

So changing the DX cam to an Si cam would give me pretty good gains? We have a few blown Si's laying around I think that I could get the cam out of. So would changing the cam amd intake manifold on the DX motor to an Si make it as or more powerful than an Si? I know the DX motor has a little higher compression, but it is also a 1.5 instead of a 1.6 so I don't know what to expect really.
Well thanks for the suggestion on the cam I'll probably try it since this is my project car anyways.
