i posted up this in the tech section. but didnt really get any response..... i was wondering, if i disconnect the battery or unplug my ecu, would that reset the vafc? considering that if i disconnect the battery, that would reset the ecu and radio. i thought that it might do the same to the vafc... just wonder would any of you's would know. thanks

 

no. the VAFC has a back up battery that last almost forever. if you want to reset it go to the main menu and select initialize.
