Alright I just purchased a MPFI from a 90 CRX Si to throw onto my 91 DX Hatch (DPFI) but I came across a sensor on the back of the crx manifold that is next to the EACV it is on the right side if you're facing the front of it, and it has a hose going to it from above the EACV and it also has a sensor plug at the bottom of it. Please look at this link for a picture. I can't do remote viewing because it won't allow me to. This page has no spam, no ****, etc. It's serious page cause I need serious help!! I was told you guys would be able to help! So far no other forums or honda people have been able to. I hope you guys can!!! The page says 91 CRX SI but it's a 90 CRX SI maniofld. Since I am doing a DPFI MPFI SWAP, DOES THIS NEED TO BE WIRED IN?? Where does it go????

uh, how many times do we have to cover the same question, i'e seen this answered about 10 times in the past month, its a fast idle solnoid, unless you live in alaska where it gets damn cold you don't need it

 

sorry dude, i did a search but couldn't find anything on it. checked the net and such. I think i'll have to do a write up including this because uhh... yeah no one seemed to mention this. One guy mentioned the fast idle solenoid but he wired it in somehow using a 2 pin molex connector. I was told several other things like that it was a TA sensor and a AIR boost valve and all kinds of stuff. Thanks for the help though! I appreciate it! you guys rock...

 

Dude I told you that in my e-mail like 3 days ago. If your ECU ain't lookin for it it ain't going to matter if its hooked up or not.
