Alright this is one of my first posts. I'm getting a custom paint job on my car in the next 2 weeks or so and I'm really like the color of this car. Does anyone have an idea what color it is or maybe even a paint number for a color that is very close?


I would also get everyones imput on the color and what they think...

To give the specifics of the car I'm painting its a 1993 Civic EX Coupe. It has a Wings West Revolover front bumper Black Widow Side Skirts and Rear bumper. Shaved licenplate, door handles, antena, moldings. The car is going to be totaly SHOW and GO. I've stripped everything and sand blasting the hole car inside and out. I blew the original motor so after the paint goes on I'm dropping in a 2000 GS-R Motor in it and putting custom dual exhaust just for looks. I have a local shop sponcering me and doing most of the work for pennys on the dollar.

I'm open to other color suggestions but I want to stay away from RED/GREEN/BLUE/BLACK/WHITE/GRAY/YELLOW to many of them. And the Purple in the above pictures isn't color changing or kamilion paint that **** is to expensive.

hahah, seriously, you may want to take the pick to a quality paint shop, they should be able to help you out

 

I think that the color looks ok, but it will suck once it starts to fade. It will also look bad when it is dirty. As the previous guy said, take the pic to a paint shop, they should be able to help you out.

 

to tell you the truth, i think the color is not great lookigng on a guy's car, get something else

 

damm he just asked for your opinion, he aint stealing no-ones pic, he said he liked the color, can win with some of you HTers. but anyway the color is ugly, what car do you wanna paint, what mods???

OMG the headlights, bumper, and fender are all molded together.

 

The paint code for flip flop paint like that is: WTF!

 

its kromaflare*sp .. and its freaking expansive .. like 170 a pint

I'd stay away from purple if you're a guy...

Maybe go for a bright metallic orange if you wanna be flashy?

paint it something a little more subtle and less flamboyant, you don't wanna be a cop magnet, or attract unwanted attention, or be laballed a '***' (not that there's anything wrong with that)
