I'm still trying to finish this darn ball joint job, but working on it an hour at a time doesn't help...hopefully tomorrow i'll have all day. So i couldn't get the lower ball joints out of the knuckle so i was just going to pop off the whole knuckle and take it to the station near me so they could air hammer it out. BUT when i was removing the knuckle some grease came out of both the upper ball joint and the tie bar end joint. I know this isn't good, but would they need to be replaced? I'm sure there is more grease up in there.

All i need is a quick answer.

just get a new tie rod end. they should be around $60...

 

just called honda, they said just shoot them up with more grease...works for me!
