Auto and manual center console the same?

Auto and manual center console the same?
Does anyone know if the front center console piece over the shifter is the same on both the automatic and manual?? I need a new one and it just seems like they would be the same. Thanks.

they certainly do look the same...i think that they are, someone correct me if i'm wrong. the way i see it, why design two different interiors for the same car? doesn't that kinda seem like a waste of money?
