Default getting rid of atts unit

what intermediate shaft would i use if i got rid of the atts unit on my 2001 prelude sh i dont want the atts unit will the prelude intermediate shaft bolt in without a problem. i want proven facts and not a guess

you will have to get a non-SH 5 Speed trans 97-01 base. if you take out the ATTS unit problem #1 there is no mounting holes for the intermediate shaft #2 the shaft that goes into the left side of the transmission is bigger than a regular inner joint. but here's the catch!!! if you do get the non SH 5 speed transmission you will have to use the long shaft from an automatic accord but this will have an effect called torque steer due to the longer shaft.

No, you don't have to use an accord axle...the stock SH axles can be retained. You need to fab an adapter plate out of 1/4" plate and a couple nuts and the cut/reweld one of the ears on the intermediate shaft's bearing carrier. I've been running a quaife-equipped h23 tranny in my turbo SH for the past 6 months or so...no issues to speak of, including beating on it at the track. Do u have dimensions for the plate I put a 1998 Sh motor in a 92 prelude si 4ws and I ran into the intermediate shaft problem. If u do please send it to trialnterror@gmail.com
also have bogging problem I used my boltons from 2.3 but I'm thinking my timing belt might be off a tooth ? My friend said he can't seem to get it timed
