Default how to hook up two amps and weird sound from speaks

hey whats up first of all i have a weird sound coming out of my speaks i have a after market deck and it is kenwood kvc 815 .this noise only comes out of the speakers when the tuner is on and it seems like the noise becomes bigger if a step on the gas it sounds like poping in the speakers and it is in all of them.

The other thing is i just got 2 alum12 from audiobahn and i'm making a custom box and i was planing on running one amp to each speaker i was just wondering how that works and do i need to get a fared and how big or whatever i'm not really formulerl with them and what else i would need to run two amps and such thanks alot .

its called alternator whine.. check your grounds first of all.. make sure you have a clean ground.. then check that the speaker wires and RCA's are not near the power cables.. keep the power cables isolated from the distributor also
hope that helps.. if not you can get a ground loop isolator which is a filter for the RCA which might eliminate it
