Default Question On CRX Headlights

Hi
i was wondering if anyone knew what i would need in order to use the 90-91 headlights ...

i have a 89 crx si .. and wanted to use the 90 - 91 headlights and corners .. cause they are a little dif ... the one on the 90-91 screws onto the headlight bracket and not the fender right ?

will just a new set of fenders do it ? or do i need more

any info would be great ... and any info on the easiest one piece headlights to put in and what i would need ....

thanx !!!

you could get new fenders.
or you can replace the little grommets that hold the screws in your fenders to the ones on a 90-91. i did it the reverse way going from 90-91 light holders to 88-89 grommets, so im sure you can do it.

ah .. why did you go to the 88 -89 ? i thought on the 90 - 91 .. the corner connected to a bracket on the headlight making it closer to the headlight and leaving as little space possible between the corner and the headlight ..
just wondering ..

thanx!

only reason i went to 88-89 on my old 91 dx was because i had projectors that were made for an 88-89 rex. thus my corners wouldnt work. my little plan worked and the fitment looked fine.
