there are actually two coupe 6 speeds on ebay right now

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...68213

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...28303

i have a 92 LS coupe, black on black, 5 speed. It really is a fun car to have. Unfortunately there are not that many mods for legends as of yet, but multiple people are making them, and sometimes you get lucky on a find.

there is lots of information in the other legend post https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=606046
there

let me know if you have any questions. i am more than happy to help out.

The Legends are.......Legends!!! They're great cars. I will say that if you happen to find the 6 Speed L, parts for it are expensive.....I was close to buying a 95 6 speed L but I hear the cluth alone is already $1,000...but good luck with finding one!

I loved my '92 sedan, and they withstand crashes unbelievably Does anybody know what a reasonable price is for a type2 motor with 11k miles? I have no use for mine as I no longer have a car to swap it into and am wondering what to ebay it for.

if you can have some sort of proof that it actully has 11000 miles then you can sell that for alot. probably 1500 or more, if you get lucky.

I just need a new transmission on my car. do you happen to have a 6 speed to match with that?

I don't know if this is legitimate proof, but I got the original gauge cluster to show higher redline top speed etc which shows 11k. Are milage etc. recorded when a newer car is totaled?. Maybe could be searched by vin or something?. Unfortunately I have no 6spd trans. They already sold it. I was going to use my 5 spd. Sorry.

Such a sweet looking car. How well do they handle? The only caveat is that it's a 3500 pound car.

gs 6 speed is quite rare, yours is pretty rare, only if you had black interior..i doubt there was more than 250-500 of the black/black 6 speeds.

the black/black GS 6 speed, and the black/black LS 92 coupe 5 speed are two of the rarest legends. i know 2 other people with black/black 5 speed coupes from 92, thats it. a few people that have the GS 6 speed, both VERY rare though

thanks...
yeah, it is a bit of a front-end plower -- it definitely does not handle the curves like my civic.
however, it does have older koni adjustables (red), the ones that you have to remove in order to adjust. i've been seriously thinkin of giving the fronts another click or 2 to tighten it up a bit, but it costs $100 at least to do that.

if this car had the black interior, i'd've continued my search.
there's no way in hell that i'd get a black interior (or even a dark interior in any car).
i live in MD... summers here get pretty hot.
