those of which own an ep...
I feel the steering is a little vague and turn-in is slower then my old 99 EX. The A-pillar is closer to the drivers line of sight which was distracting on left turns on rainy nights. I've gotten used to now and don't even think about it anymore. That's about it beside the so-so looks

Hmm.
Easily fixable things: ride height and stock tires
Not so easily fixable things: needs to lose about 250 lbs. Some rattles/squeaks that come and go.
Overall those complaints are not enough to keep me from highly recommending the EP, I mean thats nothing compared to inherent defects on some other cars I've heard of.

My car is dropped on H&R sports and running ES100's in 205/50/16. My old civic, which I still drive sometime because my bro has it, has prokit/bilsteins/ES100's 205/50/15. It might be because he has upgraded shocks, but nothing much I can do right now. There are now aftermarket shocks out for this car except koni inserts which I don't like.
absolutely love this car.
yes height is bad . stock
def need lowring but otherthan that. exteior, engine rocks . especially interior. shifter is very comfortable for daily drive. no regret

The only problems I have with my ep is that stock height is a lil too high, and stock tires aren't that great. Also...it doesn't happen very often, but my second gear is a lil weird, I think its just grinding, but it sounds like a *clunk* every once in a while. I might have to get it checked later.
abs turns on during auto-x which makes me go straight through a turn =/
other than that, the car itself is pretty tall compared to the eg and ek, but I guess that's more of a personal opinion thing.

...get it checked out while under warranty. Several people have had this problem. I have an 03 and if it starts to develop I'm heading straight to the dealer.....otherwise the car is rock solid. Stock height is easily fixed, Eibach pro-kit is perfect IMO drop and ride comfort. Would definetly recommend the car.

I love my EP. fit and finish are great. more european in feel, probably due to it being made in the UK. my third Si, and the other two are still in the family.

the CTR has wheels that fill it out nicely and it sits a little lower. it looks good. i've considered an EP3 and its in the back of my mind still. but i'm on track for a rwd supercharged coupe from stuttgart.
i love my ep3, i've owned many honda's and other cars and this is a fun little car. the looks grow on you and once you see a few dropped with rims the car actually sits quite nicely. for the price i think it's a great ride and would recommend it.
