Anyone on this borad from Los Angeles or Santa Barbara area? Wanna have a meet?

 

Los Angeles here...what you got in mind?

 

What i had in mind is pretty simple...its summmer...got plenty of free time, why not have a typeR meet. Get to know other typeR drivers since we're all cool enough to purchase the car.

 

sounds good to me..but i was thinking more where location and place...

 

yeah. time and place please. food is a plus.

Vago - who should probably lay off the food.

 

What do you guys think? Let's get all the ideas then decide where and when.

I really liked the idea of a PCH cruise... maybe we can meet somewhere then have a drive up pch.

 

Sounds goot to me how about some dates and times. So we can all coordinate! It would be cool to see a bunch of Type R's cruising down PCH!!!!!

 

I'm down .. can we have it in La somewhere or canyon run?? well anything will do for me...

 

when do you guys prefer? Let's set up a date works for most of the R drivers

 

Anytime after next weekend? September is perfect.... ( i gots finals.. school sucks in the summer.) well anybody else prefer september?? September sounds good also because it gives people time to plan and clear their schedules... well just my opinion.. Keep us updated because i'm eager for a meet....(any kind of a meet)..

Just an idea but the first date i can think of in september is the drags on the 9th. at cali. speedway. Even though alot of us don't drag, i will be, so come and watch anyway. haha.

If enough people are interested i'll bring the ez-up and do it expo style...bbq and all. mmmmm..carne asada.

What you guys think? Seems like a good excuse for a meet to me.

There sould be, just get there early. I think they might have a cut-off at 500 cars.

Why dont' we first confirm the number of people whos interested in this meet and will come...then we can decide when and where exactly.

 

Some of us could meet up early and all get in at the same time. What day is that?

september 9th will be good..... we should meet up and drive there together.... just my opinion.. that would be more interesting....
