The best exhaust for the DC5 is definately the Fujitsubo Power Getter Exhaust. Check the sound waves out at fujitsubo.co.jp I have it and the compliments dont stop on how good it sounds. It had really good gains too. It is supposed to be one the best exhaust systems around for the DC5. Polepositionproducts.com is where I got mine from, because no one else sells them. It only weighs 23 lbs also. Look in to it, its worth it.

I knew Shane was gonna say Amuse.
Like mentioned the Fujitsubo is a quality piece. The RSR ExMagII looks nice too. Quality is probably not as good as Fujitsubo, but gains should be good, very little restriction. The lack of resonator might make things a little loud though.

Has anyone done a straight pipe 2.5 or bigger pipping w/out the 2 CATs? If so, how loud was it?

What do you mean by best ? Best in weight (most heavy or lightest)? Best low-end ? Best mid-range ? Best peak power ? Best sound (loud or quiet) ?

There's one called Fujisto or something. It sounds pretty good on an RSX.

Haha, Seems like your question goes unanswered... Everyone (almost) seems to be prefering Japanese made exhaust rather than domestic. *Those Japanese ppl really know how to make their parts to envy the American ppl...

But anyway, good luck with your exhaust... and as for my pick out of those three, Id say get the HKS, cuz you do realize that a former HKS engineer helped design the engine of the RSX... And Im only guessing that he applied that into making the engine for after market use...
