Default Differences between 95GSR head and 1st gen b16 heads??

Like the title say, what's the differences between the 95 GSR head and 1st gen b16 heads? My situation right now is I'm building a LS/Vtec and I have two choices of the those two heads. What's a good choice for NA? and why? Thanks!!

its basically up to you, people say that the b16 head flows better. but the only real differance is that the GSR has no quench pads, making the combustion chamber sorta look like an octagon. the reason that i chose the b16 over gsr is the quench pads. if i rev high and the rod bolt strects a little, i will have a little more area for the piston to go. wiith the gsr head, the piston would just kiss then head and then its bye bye.

but basically its whatever you can get cheeper.

Do B16 with ITR Manifold and Edelbrock TB.

If I was to put the GSR head on a 96LS block, what kind of CR would that yeild to? How about the b16?

You should replace your LS pistons with BVTEC pistons since you're liable to have vavle-to-piston clearance problems if you run mildly big cams.
