How do you tell what cams these are?

I've got a set of cams from my friend's trashed 5th Gen but can't tell what kind of cams they are.
He originally got it back like 3 or 4 years ago from Viet Lam, when Pro Imports was still around. Viet ordered it from Jeremy Lookfsky (or something like that) and called it "Viet Lam's Cams". Well, he had a built head and valvetrain with these cams and I remember that my buddies car hauled azz.
Unfortunately for him, a gardener's tool punched a hole in his block and his bottom end was trashed. He put his car back to stock.
Now, I've got these cams w/some JG sprockets on 'em and don't know if I want to install it with my stock valvetrain.
Any ideas? I'm sure I'd have to measure the lobes and stuff but those numbers would mean diddly to me.
Thanks guys.

get a... I can't remember the name of the tool but, something you can measure the lift with, so you can at least and use that to judge whether or not your stock train can take it!
I think a micrometer would do it..

Ok, is a micrometer that clamp caliper thing with like really precise measurements, sometimes on a dial like gauge?
Hey Satan, I wish I could just ship it to ya. Is the lift, the highest point on the lobe? And the degree, how do I measure that?
