Check Engine light

I just got to test drive the hatch today. The b16 runs like poo poo. I think there is something else wrong. The motor is shifting big time. I think something else is still wrong. Anyways, anyone ever heard of code 21??

21 is VTEC solenoid. Is it wired up on your motor?
