Default 16" Bronze Rota Grids or stock ITR Gunmetal wheels

I didn't even know Bronze Rota Grids came in 5x114.3, but suppositively they are releasing them by the end of September. I really wanted the real deal TE-37's, but I think it'll just add to my paranoia of parking my R outside. If you had a choice, which ones would you rock?

Stock. Don't be in a rush to get wheels, save a little more and you can get some really nice used Volks or something.

Why do they have to be Volks or Advans etc? People act like an R has feelings that might be hurt, or like it's a disgrace to the almighty R to save some money on good looking, lightweight wheels. Does a Volk sticker give people a warm, fuzzy feeling inside or something?

My vote still goes for the R wheels, but come on!

i would personally keep the stock itr wheels. But like everyone else you get tired of the sos. Those rota's are cheap, so if you want a different look, then go for it. I've been through more then 5 sets of wheels.

If you just HAVE to have the real thing get the Volks.

In all other cases get the rotas. Trust me you wont notice the difference performance wise.

or you could keep the wheels stock and spend the $$ on the engine/suspension

Rotas = great quality, money saver (so you can spen on some FUNCTIONAL parts ), and thieves'll just look at 'em and walk away

Agreed
I guess i'll be one of the few and say, if you like the look of the bronze grids them get them. They're lightweight and look great IMO. If I remember right 16" Grids also come in Sport Bronze but i'll have to double check tomorrow. Most importantly...would you rather spend $1500 on the TE-37 or $450-500 on the set of Rotas and the other $1,000 on motor/susp etc?
