i'm trying to set up an import gathering on the 5th of October at MID-MICHIGAN Motorplex up in Stanton, MI. It won't be anything special, just a chance to see the imports come out and run each other.

As of now, that day is reserved as a TEST AND TUNE day and from my experience from last yr, you can get alot of runs in. (i got 25+ runs in last yr during one visit) Can't garuntee that many this time around, but it's sure ALOT more than what you can get in at MILAN

I'm planning on getting a caravan of cars from the Detroit Metro area to come up that day so we can all run each other legally.. it takes about 3 hrs to get there so we're plannin on leavin about 8 am since racing begins at 11 am.. Hopefully, it doesn't rain, else we'll have to push it to the next sunday or sunday after that...

If you're insterested in coming, just COME.. It should be a blast.. And if you're from the metro area, we can meet up at a designated area and roll 50+ cars deep to the track hehe..

Its only $15 to run and $7 or 8 for spectators.. Looking foward to seeing as many imports there as possible.. Its my 1st time out at the track this yr since I"ve been so busy workin on my car and changing things from last yr's setup so I want it to be worth the wait..

Hope to see as many imports there as possible...

were running a crvtec crx, hopefully with some track time we hope to be running low 12's allmotor full interior on slicks..

 

I wish my LS CRX would be put together in time for that...but I don't think it'll happen..

 

wasn't he running high teens already last yr?? at least he got his ET down... what happened to the teg btw,.??

 

the teg has a stock h22 in it thas his daily driver,as for high tens in his current car
or the teg has not been able to run those numbers "yet" but hes trying to get the gremlins out and tune his suspention then things will fall into place for Mong.

sucks to be me. just took the car for a spin and got a few pops from the back damn. last day for test and tune at us 131. should i go for it. no, i'll play responsible for once.

i will be attending the oct 5 event even if i can't race. i'm really excited to meet all the good guys and really interested in meeting the crazy holland drivers. and i mean crazy in the best sense of the word. i heard things

otsego rats are coming...one might actually be in the 14's, i know i know...but its a big thing for us, so count 4 more hondas to the races.....hope your car runs its best chei, cant wait to see it again!

 

I was thinking.. for the detroit metro area people.. we could meet up at that rest area just outside of howell.. timewise, we should all be there by 9 am at the latest and then head up to stanton together..

yeah, except for the track temps, and trying to heat your slicks....
