Best Value Wheel
What do you guys think is the best wheel for the money?
I'm on a severely limited budget, and I'd like to keep rims and tires under $1,000.
I'd like to go 17", but I would do 16" if the advantages were there.
In this price range, should I just stick to my stock GSR wheels??
Thanks!

I want some rims too...If I had 2g's Id get the Mugen MF8's, but since I don't have that much money, Id get the ROTA CIRCUIT 8's...they look just like the MF8's and they are really light too.. 15's for $400, 16's for $450....go check them out at http://www.machiii.net
well sorry to burst your bubble, but if you want a good wheel it will be over 1000. if your willing to spend 1500 give or take that should get you a good set. but if you want to spend under 1000 i would stay with your stock GSR's and just get good tires for them.
yeah, that was more or less what I was figuring I'd probably do.
Does anyone have pictures of a lowered GSR with the stock wheels?
I can't stand the fender gap. How low should I go?
I should probably do a search for this, and see if anyone has pics.
Thanks!

man you are asking to pic one set of wheels out of the hundreds that you can get for under 1k........you can get some 16 in enkie's with tires from discount tires for about 800 bucks......if you want a light weight forged wheel, check out the Axxis VDP's........a 17x7 five star design only weighs about 16 lbs and will cost about 800 for just the wheels and then probably another 400 for the tires.
