Default Steering/alignment problem.

For about the last two weeks, my steering wheel has been acting oddly. When I make a turn, the wheel will stay in the direction I turned. For instance, if Im making a left at a light, after I complete the turn the steering wheel will face the drivers side door panel... at a 90 degree angle from facing straight up.

Im not sure if its related, but I did just have work done on the steering column because my ignition switch burned out. The shop who replaced it is a very reputable shop. Could they have not connected something?

Its an 89 CRX DX by the way. Thanks
